    Cooling the Areas Around the Namira Mosque: Comfort for Pilgrims

    The project for the development and cooling of the areas around the Namira Mosque enhances conditions for pilgrims through shading systems, landscaping, and modern misting fans over an area of more than 85,000 square meters. This has reduced the impact of direct heat and created a more comfortable atmosphere during movement and the performance of Hajj rituals. The project was implemented by Kidana Development Company. As part of the work, areas and rest zones around the mosque were prepared, and their readiness to accommodate a large number of pilgrims was improved, facilitating freer movement of people and effective use of rest and waiting areas during peak hours. Over 2,000 trees were planted, 320 canopies were installed, and 350 misting fans were set up for cooling.
