Terms of Use

Date of revision: 12 October 2026. By using the ziyarago.com website and the ZiyaraGo apps (the "Service"), you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is developed and operated by ZiyaraGo Technologies, Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, commercial registration (CR) 7053928433, limited liability company ("ZiyaraGo", "we"). ZiyaraGo Technologies is an independent IT company that creates software products and web services based on artificial intelligence and data analysis technologies. The product was created in line with the goals of the Vision 2030 programme for the development of tourism and the digital economy of Saudi Arabia. We are not a government body and do not represent the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Nusuk platform or any other government bodies.

2. What the Service is

The Service is an informational tourist guide: accommodation and distances to key places, attractions, transport, visa rules, news, time of day, planning tools and an AI assistant.

  • We are not a religious organisation, we do not publish religious literature, and we do not issue religious rulings or instructions. For questions about rites, contact authorised religious institutions and official sources.
  • We are not a tour operator organising Umrah and Hajj, we do not process visas and we do not sell pilgrimage packages. Umrah and Hajj for citizens of each country are organised by licensed organisers.
  • The Service does not replace advice from a lawyer, a doctor or any other specialist.

3. Sources and artificial intelligence

Some of the materials were prepared using artificial intelligence on the basis of open and official sources, and some were taken from open sources and are given with a reference to the source. The materials may contain inaccuracies and may become outdated. Check the current entry rules, visa requirements and Umrah rules on official resources: the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Nusuk platform and other authorised bodies. Responses of the AI assistant are for reference only and are neither a guarantee nor an official clarification.

4. Time of day, prayer times and reference data

  • Prayer times are calculated using the Umm al-Qura method (Umm al-Qura) for the selected city. They may differ by several minutes from announcements in mosques. The source of the calculation is indicated on the page. Follow the local announcements; you are responsible for your use of this data.
  • Prices, opening hours, schedules, availability of rooms and services, addresses and visiting rules of places may change without notice. Check current information with the service provider or in an official source before your trip.
  • Distances and travel times are approximate and depend on local conditions.

5. Accommodation requests

  • The request form on the website is a request for accommodation selection, not a booking and not a payment. A request does not guarantee availability of rooms or the price.
  • We pass the request to the provider (a hotel or an aggregator) and contact you. The contract for the service is concluded between you and the provider on its terms; the price and the cancellation and refund terms are determined by the provider's confirmation.
  • Do not send copies of passports, visas or payment details through the form.
  • A promo code is valid under the terms of the promotion and may be limited in time and in the number of uses.

6. Account

Some features require signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for actions performed from it. You can delete your account on the account deletion page or by writing to us.

7. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to: violate applicable law; publish unlawful, offensive or misleading materials; automatically collect data from the Service without our written consent; disrupt the operation of the Service; impersonate another person. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of the country from which you use the Service. The Service is not intended for distribution where such distribution is prohibited.

8. Use of materials

The materials of the Service (texts, translations, selections, photographs, 360° tours, software code, design) are protected by law. They may be used only with a reference to ZiyaraGo and to the original source that we indicate. Copying for commercial purposes without our written consent is prohibited. Rights to third-party materials belong to their rights holders, and we keep references to the sources. If you believe that a material infringes your rights, write to us: we will review the request and correct or remove the material.

9. Links to third-party resources

Links to third-party websites and apps are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content and terms.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, damage caused by outdated or inaccurate information, actions of service providers and interruptions in the operation of the Service. This does not limit the mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country.

11. Changes

We may change the Service and these terms. The current version is always published on this page; by continuing to use the Service, you agree to the new version.

12. Governing law and disputes

Relations between you and ZiyaraGo Technologies are governed by the legislation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiation; where this is not possible, they are heard by the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's country require otherwise.
