The majority of transactions were accounted for by the Absher platform for individuals — 47.9 million operations. Of these, 37.1 million were document views through the digital document wallet. The business platform processed 2.9 million transactions. It is worth noting the work of the General Directorate of Public Security: 3.6 million operations, of which road services accounted for 3.5 million. Passport services (2.7 million) and civil registry services (695 thousand) are counted separately. Through the reporting service, 161.9 thousand documents were issued, and 2.4 thousand fingerprint requests were processed.
