Ihram and move to Mina
Enter Ihram for Hajj from your residence and go to Mina. Pray Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha and next day’s Fajr there, shortening four-rak’ah prayers.
Labbayka Allāhumma labbayk, labbayka lā sharīka laka labbayk, inna al-ḥamda wan-ni‘mata laka wal-mulk, lā sharīka lak
Here I am, O Allah, here I am. You have no partner. All praise, grace and dominion are Yours.
9 Dhul Hijjah · Arafah
The heart of Hajj
After sunrise go to Arafah. From Dhuhr until sunset stand in dua — this is the essential pillar of Hajj. After sunset move to Muzdalifah, pray Maghrib and Isha combined and collect pebbles.
Lā ilāha illallāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamd, wa huwa ‘alā kulli shay’in qadīr
None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone. His is the dominion and the praise, and He is over all things capable.
