Construction has begun in Riyadh on The Mukaab — a massive 400-meter tall cube-shaped skyscraper that’s large enough to fit 20 Empire State Buildings! 🏙️ The Mukaab will serve as the centerpiece of the new New Murabba district, spanning: • Over 25 million m² of usable floor space, • 104,000 homes, • Premium spaces for hospitality and entertainment. The cube, measuring 400×400×400 meters, will be one of the largest structures ever built. Inside, it will feature 2 million m² of floor area, including a spiraled tower and a central atrium with immersive visual experiences. The project is being developed by the New Murabba Development Company (NMDC) as part of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), aiming to diversify the country’s economy.
