Need a doctor or hospital

Call 997 for an ambulance; there are clinics inside the Haram.

Emergency stabilisation is provided to everyone; the visa’s health insurance covers follow-up care. Ambulances and clinics operate around the clock inside the Haram and at the holy sites. Knowing the numbers in advance saves the minutes that matter.

Делать

  • Save 911, 997, 1966 and 937; install the “Asefny” app
  • Carry a medical report on chronic conditions and your prescriptions
  • Diabetics: bring a glucose meter
  • Keep copies of passport, visa and insurance on your phone

Избегать

  • Waiting until it gets worse
  • Moving someone with a suspected spinal injury

Что делать

  1. Call 997 or ask staff for the nearest Haram clinic
  2. Give the gate number or hotel name
  3. Show passport and visa at the hospital
  4. Inform your agency and consulate
