Follow security and staff

Their instructions are crowd safety, not opinion.

Staff see the whole crowd on cameras and radio; you see only the people around you. A closed gate or a detour usually prevents a crush you cannot see.

  • Ask staff — many speak several languages

  • Arguing or pushing past a barrier
  • Climbing fences or using emergency exits as shortcuts

  3. If lost, ask any staff member for the nearest gate number
