Don’t push at the Black Stone

Point to it from afar — the Sunnah is complete.

Me ya sa yake da muhimmanci

Touching the Black Stone is Sunnah; harming a Muslim is forbidden. Raising your right hand towards it with “Allahu Akbar” at each round fully counts.

Ka yi

  • Raise your right hand towards the corner
  • Start each round from the green light line
  • Touch it only if there is real space

Ka guji

  • Pushing, elbowing or lifting children over the crowd
  • Women forcing into the men’s crush
  • Paying “helpers” to get you through

Abin da za a yi

  1. Face the corner at the green light
  2. Raise the right hand and say “Bismillah, Allahu Akbar”
  3. Continue the round without stopping
