Found someone’s bag?

Don’t open it — hand it to staff or Lost & Found.

چرا مهم است

In the Haram lost property may be picked up only to return it. A bag may hold a passport, medicine or money someone cannot travel without.

انجام دهید

  • Hand it to uniformed security or an information desk
  • Note the gate and time where you found it
  • Take it to the Lost & Found office (near gates 94–95 in Makkah)

پرهیز کنید

  • Opening it or taking anything
  • Keeping it “to return later”
  • Making announcements yourself — staff handle claims
  • Leaving your own bag unattended

چه باید کرد

  1. Pick it up only if it blocks the way
  2. Give it to security and say where you found it — they log it centrally
  3. Lost something yourself? Go back to the spot, then the Lost & Found office with a description and unique marks
  4. Lost a passport? Report at Lost & Found, then police via your hotel, your agency and consulate
