Excellent for families doing Umrah

Family of 8 for Umrah — connecting rooms were spacious, kids loved the pool. 7-minute walk to Haram manageable even for elderly. Late-night dining essential for post-tarawih meals. Staff assisted our grandmother with mobility.

Wonderful first Makkah experience

First time in Makkah and the Hyatt made it unforgettable. Staff explained Umrah rituals in English and gave a printed guide. Partial Haram view from our room. Breakfast had Arabic, Asian and Western options. Great shopping nearby.

Good hotel, slow check-in

Great location and comfortable rooms. However check-in took 45 minutes despite reservation. Pool area sometimes crowded. Al Masjed restaurant is a highlight — spectacular view while dining. Would return outside peak season.
