Beautiful hotel steps from the Haram

The Pullman Zamzam location is incredible — literally steps from the mosque entrance. Rooms are modern and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was wonderful. Staff were helpful in arranging our Umrah schedule. Kaaba view suite was worth every riyal.

Great for groups and families

Organised a 15-person family Umrah trip. The hotel handled group bookings professionally. Large family rooms available. Food quality was excellent. One downside: the lobby gets very crowded during Hajj season but staff managed it well.
