  1. Stay where you are for 10 minutes
  2. Tell the nearest staff: clothing, height, age — they radio the lost persons centre
  3. Lost-persons points in Makkah: Gate 79, King Fahd expansion, Ajyad, Al-Qashashiya
  4. Call 1966 (Guests of Allah care) — they handle lost pilgrims
  5. Still not found — agency and consulate
