Makkah reaches 45–47 °C in summer. The Ministry of Health says an umbrella lowers the temperature around you by about 10 °C. Heat exhaustion builds slowly — by the time you feel dizzy you are already dehydrated.

Кунед

  • White umbrella at all times outside — free ones are handed out at busy points
  • Tawaf and Sa’i early morning or late night
  • Drink small amounts often, add ORS/electrolytes
  • Use misting stations and cold-water points
  • Talc and dry skin against chafing on long walks

Худдорӣ кунед

  • Tawaf at noon, Arafah and Jamarat at midday
  • Scented sunscreen while in ihram
  • Ignoring headache, dizziness, dry mouth

  1. Move to a cool place, remove outer clothing
  2. Cool the head and neck with water, use a fan or AC
  3. Give drinks if conscious
  4. Confused or not sweating — call 997 and go to the nearest clinic
