The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia has introduced two new ways to book a prayer slot at Rawdah Sharif through the Nusuk platform, making the process even more accessible for pilgrims.

1. Express Booking

Visitors can now quickly reserve a prayer time at Rawdah Sharif while being near the Prophet’s Mosque. This feature allows multiple visits throughout the year based on availability.

2. Waiting List System

If all time slots are fully booked, users can join a waiting list. As soon as a spot becomes available, they will receive a notification to confirm their booking.

Integration with Tawakkalna and Seamless Booking

✔ The Nusuk platform is integrated with Tawakkalna, automatically verifying visitors’ health status.
✔ Electronic permits for Rawdah Sharif and Umrah can be obtained easily, following capacity regulations.
✔ Hajj, Umrah, and holy site bookings are available through the Nusuk mobile app, which can be downloaded on App Store and Google Play.
